Wolves vs Derby- Match Preview
This weekend’s early Sky Bet Championship kickoff sees Derby County travel to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wolves have lost only one of their last eight home league matches against the Rams, winning four and drawing three in the process, but as Wolves haven’t won in seven league games this could be a chance for Derby to get a valuable three points.
The Rams’ away form is not too flattering either as they have only won one of their last five Championship away games, but only Brighton have lost fewer away games than Derby this season.
Kenny Jackett recruited French midfielder Jeremy Helan this week, following his arrival on loan from Sheffield Wednesday until the end of the season.
Wolves could give Helan his debut today, as they still have a long injury list, missing five key players.
Derby County midfielder George Thorne (calf) is a possibility after missing four matches.
Striker Darren Bent who recently suffered from a migraine is fit, while Craig Bryson, Tom Ince and Andreas Weimann are all in contention.
